Recoil Metric M5.0 x 0.80 Pitch Free Run Insert, Stainless Steel, 1.0D
High-quality stainless steel Recoil thread insert for repairing and reinforcing M5.0 x 0.80 Pitch threads.
The Recoil Metric M5.0 x 0.80 Pitch Free Run Insert is crafted from high-quality stainless steel wire with a diamond-shaped cross-section, wound into the form of a spring thread. This design ensures superior strength and resilience, making it an excellent choice for thread repair and reinforcement applications.
During installation, the insert is compressed and then allowed to spring back, anchoring itself securely in the tapped hole. Due to its larger diameter, the Recoil Insert offers a greater contact area than the original thread, enhancing strength and durability in the repaired thread.
