The RF Solutions ESP-07S WiFi Module integrates the high-performance ESP8266 chip, providing an industry-leading ultra-low power 32-bit MCU micro with 16-bit short mode and clock speed support of 80MHz and 160MHz. It supports the RTOS and includes an integrated Wi-Fi MAC/BB/RF/PA/LNA, making it ideal for space-constrained and power-sensitive mobile platform projects.
This module supports the standard IEEE802.11 b/g/n protocol and a complete TCP/IP protocol stack. It offers the ability to embed Wi-Fi capabilities within end products or function as a standalone application. Key features include an integrated TR switch, balun, LNA, power amplifier, and matching network, as well as integrated PLL, regulators, and power management units. It supports antenna diversity, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, WPA/WPA2 security, and STA/AP/STA+AP operation modes.
The module supports the smart link function for both Android and iOS devices, and includes interfaces such as SDIO 2.0, (H)SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, IRDA, PWM, and GPIO. It supports STBC, 1x1 MIMO, 2x1 MIMO, A-MPDU and A-MSDU aggregation, and a 0.4s guard interval. With deep sleep power less than 10µA, power down leakage current less than 5µA, and standby power consumption less than 1.0mW (DTIM3), it is highly efficient. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
