The RF Solutions WiFi and Bluetooth Module is a highly integrated wireless module featuring an onboard antenna and a BL602 chip as the core processor. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n protocols alongside BLE 5.0, making it suitable for a wide range of modern connected devices. The BL602 chip is powered by a low-power 32-bit RISC CPU and includes 276KB of RAM to handle demanding tasks efficiently.

This module offers a wealth of peripheral interfaces, including SDIO, SPI, UART, I2C, IR Remote, PWM, ADC, DAC, PIR, and GPIO. This extensive variety ensures seamless integration into diverse hardware setups, providing flexible options for data transmission and peripheral control.

Connectivity and Performance

The module supports a 20MHz bandwidth with a maximum data rate of 72.2Mbps. It operates in station + BLE mode and station + SoftAP + BLE mode. Bluetooth functionality includes BLE 5.0 and Bluetooth mesh networking, ensuring robust and scalable wireless communication for complex setups.

Security Features

Security is paramount, with Wi-Fi support for WPS, WEP, WPA/WPA2 Personal, WPA2 Enterprise, and WPA3. The module features a secure start-up with mirroring support using an ECC-256 signature. Hardware security includes On-The-Fly AES Decryption for QSPI/SPI Flash, an AES 128/192/256-bit encryption engine, SHA-1/224/256, and a true random number generator (TRNG).
