Power consumption is kept to a minimum via a straightforward control scheme. When the Output Enable (OE) pin is set low, all input/output (I/O) ports enter a high-impedance state. For stable operation during power-up or power-down sequences, it is recommended that the OE pin be connected to ground (GND) via a pull-down resistor, with the resistor value calculated based on the driver's current-sourcing capability.
