Precision LM35CAH/NOPB analogue temp sensor, TO-46, -40 to 110°C, low self-heating, military rated.
The LM35CAH/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor with an analogue voltage output that is linearly proportional to the centigrade temperature. Unlike linear temperature sensors calibrated in Kelvin, this device does not require the user to subtract a large constant voltage from its output to achieve convenient Centigrade scaling, making it exceptionally easy to integrate into readout or control circuitry.
The sensor provides typical accuracies of ±1/4°C at room temperature and ±3/4°C over the full -55°C to 150°C temperature range, without requiring any external calibration or trimming. Its low output impedance, linear output, and precise inherent calibration simplify interfacing with both single and dual power supplies. Drawing only 60μA from the supply, the sensor exhibits very low self-heating of less than 0.1°C in still air, ensuring accurate readings in sensitive applications.
Calibrated directly in Celsius with a 10mV/°C scale factor, the LM35CAH/NOPB delivers reliable and consistent performance. The device is housed in a robust TO-46 metal can package with three pins, operating across a sensing range of -40°C to +110°C. It is a green product, free from antimony and bromine, and carries a military rating suitable for demanding environments.
