Timco Form C Washer BS 4320, Bright Zinc Plated - M6
Timco BS 4320 Form C washers for increased load distribution. Carbon steel, zinc plated. Supplied in bulk 12000-piece cartons.
The Timco Form C Washer BS 4320 is a standard industrial fastener component, designed to a British Standard specification. This washer offers a wider outer diameter compared to Form A and B types, significantly increasing the effective clamping area under the head of a bolt or nut. This feature is crucial for distributing load, reducing surface pressure, and protecting softer materials from damage during assembly, providing a more secure and stable fastening connection.
Manufactured from robust carbon steel, each washer is plated with Trivalent Chromium Zinc (Cr3), a modern and environmentally compliant finish. This plating offers excellent corrosion resistance, providing a durable, protective layer and a bright, clean aesthetic that is ideal for applications where appearance and longevity are important.
These washers are an essential part of any professional tradesperson's or industrial assembler's toolkit. They are supplied in convenient, bulk cartons, ensuring you have the necessary components for large-scale projects or for maintaining stock in a workshop or factory environment. The consistent quality and adherence to the BS 4320 standard guarantee reliable performance and interchangeability.
