TRIAX TMB 1700 Terrestrial Channel Processor

The TRIAX TMB 1700 is an easy-to-use programmable filter amplifier and convertor designed for terrestrial signals. This module effectively optimises terrestrial FM, VHF, and UHF signals from multiple inputs, ensuring high-quality signal distribution and processing.

Key Features and Performance

Featuring a smart and automatic channel scan, the TMB 1700 can process and convert more than 50 channels, consisting of 32 filters with each supporting up to 6 multiplexes wide. It also processes S-band output channels. To ensure signal integrity, it includes 5G LTE protection up to 694MHz and highly selective filters providing 50dB attenuation on adjacent channels. Real-time Automatic Gain Control (AGC) operates on all individual multiplexes, maintaining consistent and stable signal levels.

Flexibility and Security

The unit offers complete flexibility in assigning filters from any input. Each channel can be frequency shifted to any other channel within the VHF or UHF band using the flex matrix feature. To prevent unauthorised adjustments, the TMB 1700 can be locked with a security code. It is equipped with a UK mains plug (Type G) for straightforward installation in compatible regions.
