The WISKA Combi 407 Junction Box Enclosure in light grey is designed to withstand extreme conditions both indoors and outdoors. Featuring a robust thermoplastic housing composed of two separate plastic components, this enclosure provides exceptional durability and longevity. Its unique ribbed corners and the distinctive WISKA bellied cover offer 10% more installation space, while the quick-release fasteners ensure rapid and secure closing with just a quarter turn.
Boasting a high protection class of IP66/IP67, this enclosure protects against moisture and dust ingress, making it ideal for demanding environments. Combined threaded and membrane entries allow for tool-free installation without the need for locknuts. The unit is impact-resistant, shatter-proof, weather and UV-resistant, flame-retardant, and halogen-free, ensuring reliable performance in commercial, industrial, and domestic settings.
This junction box is resistant to fats, mineral oil, diesel, weak acids, strong alkalis, and alcohol, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It can be mounted using mounting clips or internal openings outside the sealing area. The sealing gasket is made from TPE, with a temperature range of -30°C to 100°C and installation temperatures between -5°C and 60°C.
Certified to a glow wire test of 750°C, this enclosure operates at a voltage of 690V and accommodates cables with a cross-section of 4mm² and diameters from 3mm to 12mm. With four internal fixing openings, the Combi 407 offers flexible installation options while maintaining high safety standards.
