CHIP QUIK No Clean Tack Flux, 8cc Squeeze Tube
CHIP QUIK No Clean Tack Flux (8cc) – non-conductive, non-corrosive flux for soldering & desoldering, ideal for BGAs & flip-chips.
The CHIP QUIK No Clean Tack Flux is a high-performance, non-corrosive, and non-conductive flux designed for all rework soldering and desoldering applications. This tacky flux delivers excellent wetting properties and stays precisely where applied, ensuring it doesn’t run across the PCB during use.
Enhanced with a clear residue, it supports seamless cleaning with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) when needed. It is versatile enough for use with both leaded and lead-free solder, ensuring compatibility across a broad range of soldering tasks. Particularly effective for attaching BGA spheres and soldering flip-chip components, this flux offers a wide process window and extends stencil life.
