Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant, Oak, 300ml
High-performance silicone sealant for waterproofing and weatherproofing, ideal for expansion joints, glazing, and metal sealing.
The Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, low modulus, oxime-cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to both porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming. Conforming to BS5889, this sealant is formulated as a high-viscosity grade for excellent tooling properties. It cures quickly to provide a permanently flexible, high-strength, waterproof seal.
Its key features include:
- Permanently flexible - maintains elasticity to form a tight, rubber-like seal.
- Faster curing time - compared to conventional low-modulus sealants.
- Low dirt pick-up - keeps surfaces cleaner for longer.
- Waterproof and sound-sealing - ensures a professional finish.
Ideal for perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu and wood window frames, as well as for sealing PVCu, plastic trims, and components. Suitable for expansion joint sealing, weatherproofing, and joint sealing on pre-formed panels. Additionally, it works well for sealing soft metals such as lead, copper, and zinc, general glazing, draught-proofing, glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing, and roof weatherproofing applications.
Includes 1 x Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant (Oak, 300ml).
