Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant, Oak, 300ml

The Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, low modulus, oxime-cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to both porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming. Conforming to BS5889, this sealant is formulated as a high-viscosity grade for excellent tooling properties. It cures quickly to provide a permanently flexible, high-strength, waterproof seal.

Additionally, it works well for sealing soft metals such as lead, copper, and zinc, general glazing, draught-proofing, glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing, and roof weatherproofing applications.
