The jerry can comes with a secure, lockable cap and a locking pin mechanism, along with a gasket seal to prevent leaks and evaporation.

Each jerry can is rigorously tested by a UK VCA-approved centre, exceeding UN Group II standards to achieve Group I certification, suitable for transporting dangerous liquids and chemicals. It undergoes drop, stacking, hydraulic, and air pressure tests for strength and integrity. The container is embossed with a unique UN number for traceability.
