ForgeFix ForgeFast Exterior Elite 2000 Wood Screw 5 x 80mm (Box of 110)
Durable ForgeFix wood screws with Elementech 2000 coating – corrosion-resistant, POZI-drive, no pre-drilling needed. Ideal for exterior timber projects.
The ForgeFix ForgeFast Elite Performance Pozi Compatible Exterior Wood Screw is engineered for superior durability and performance in all weather conditions. Featuring the advanced Elementech 2000 Coating System, these screws provide exceptional corrosion resistance, making them ideal for both treated and untreated wood in coastal and exterior construction environments. The coating has been rigorously tested to last up to 30 times longer than standard zinc coatings, ensuring long-term reliability.
Designed for quick and easy installation, the screws boast advanced thread technology and a POZI-compatible recess, eliminating the need for pre-drilling. The double cutting point minimises splitting and reduces drive time, while the serrated cutting thread ensures a firmer fix with improved pull-out resistance. Additionally, the anti-friction thread prevents jacking and rotation of adjoining timbers, making them perfect for high-stress applications.
