ForgeFix High Tensile Set Screw ZP M8 x 60mm (Pack of 10)
High-tensile zinc-plated set screws, M8 x 60mm, for strong and corrosion-resistant fastening in construction and engineering.
The ForgeFix High Tensile Set Screw ZP M8 x 60mm provides excellent durability and resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of engineering and fastening applications. Manufactured from grade 8.8 steel, these screws are zinc plated (ZP) for superior corrosion resistance, ensuring a long-lasting finish even in demanding environments.
These set screws are fully threaded and conform to DIN 933 standards, guaranteeing compatibility with various nut types and washers. The zinc plating not only forms a protective barrier against oxidation but also acts as a sacrificial anode if the coating is damaged, further enhancing the screw's lifespan.
