ForgeFix Sleeve Anchor Fixing Hex Bolt M10 x 77mm, Pack of 10
Durable ForgeFix M10 sleeve anchors (77mm), Zinc Yellow Passivated for corrosion resistance. Ideal for balustrades, racking & machinery.
The ForgeFix Sleeve Anchor Fixing Hex Bolt M10 x 77mm offers a reliable through-fixing solution designed for ease of installation and maximum expansion, even in shallow anchoring depths. Its unique sleeve wedge cone design ensures exceptional grip while reducing stress on base materials thanks to a reduced outside sleeve diameter compared to the thread size.
These anchors are Zinc Yellow Passivated, providing enhanced corrosion resistance. The hexagonal head is optimised for use with spanners or sockets, ensuring maximum torque during installation, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications. Also known as 'Loose Bolt' sleeve anchors, they combine durability with practicality for versatile fixing needs.
Applications
Ideal for securing balustrades, handrails, and racking systems, these sleeve anchors are also widely used to hold down machinery and other structural installations. To guarantee proper installation, always use the correct socket drive or spanner for accurate and secure fixing.
Corrosion Protection
The Zinc Yellow Passivation coating is similar to galvanised or zinc-plated finishes but includes a yellow dye for improved aesthetics. This treatment not only enhances corrosion resistance but also ensures longevity in harsh environments.
