ForgeFix TechFast Roofing Screw 5.5 x 85mm Pack of 50 for Timber to Steel
Zinc-plated TechFast roofing screws (5.5x85mm) for timber-to-steel fixing. Anti-corrosive, Torx drive & self-drilling. Includes free bit.
The ForgeFix TechFast Roofing Screws are designed for joining timber to steel, particularly in light section purlins. With a Torx-compatible countersunk head, these screws sit flush to the surface for a clean and secure finish. The self-drilling point ensures quick and efficient installation, while the wings prevent 'jacking' during fixing by creating a clearance hole in the timber. These screws are ideal for fastening timber to steel sections ranging from 1.5mm to 4mm in thickness.
