ForgeFix TechFast Timber to Steel CSK/Wing Screw 5.5x50mm, Box 100

The ForgeFix TechFast Timber to Steel CSK/Wing Screws are specially designed for joining timber to steel frame buildings. These screws feature innovative breakaway wings that create a clearance hole, ensuring the thread remains protected when drilling through timber. The wings ream the hole and break off upon contact with the metal surface, allowing the thread to engage with the metal seamlessly.

Equipped with a TORX® compatible insert, these screws enable higher power transmission for efficient driving. The recessed ribs provide improved countersinking, ensuring a flush finish every time. These screws are fire and corrosion resistant, offering long-lasting durability in various environmental conditions. They also comply with EU Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements.
