The AMP TE Connectivity 3-520125-2 female quick disconnect terminal provides a secure and reliable electrical connection for industrial applications. Made from a copper alloy with a tin-plated finish and housed in durable blue nylon 6/6, this terminal ensures excellent conductivity and protection against shock and short circuits.
Key features include a brass terminal base and a one-piece fully insulated receptacle crimp, designed to prevent accidental contact and short hazards. The terminal is recessed within the housing, enabling safe use in high-voltage applications up to 600V. It is compatible with wire sizes 16 to 14AWG and mates securely with various tab styles, including those with shoulders.
Additionally, the design incorporates a user-friendly funnel wire entry and wire stop for easy installation. The mating tab thickness is clearly marked and visible through the housing for convenience.
