This module is packed with essential features for modern IoT development, including 2MB of flash memory, 512KB SRAM, and an additional 16MB QSPI flash for data storage. Integrated wireless connectivity is provided by a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth® 5.0 module (ESP32-C3-MINI-1U), while a dedicated Ethernet PHY transceiver (LAN8742AI) enables wired network options. Security is built-in with an IoT-ready secure element (SE050C2), crucial for device authentication and data protection.
