BLOCK 63VA Control & Safety Isolating Transformer - 24V

The BLOCK 63VA Control and Safety Isolating Transformer is engineered for industrial power management applications. It functions as both a control transformer for electrical isolation of input and output sides and a safety transformer, making it suitable for creating SELV (Safety Extra-Low Voltage) and PELV (Protective Extra-Low Voltage) circuits. Its design complies with the stringent requirements of EN60204 for the supply of control systems.

Constructed with reliability in mind, the transformer features vacuum impregnation, which provides very good corrosion protection and results in low-noise operation. Its superior switch-on behaviour is ensured by reduced starting currents, minimising stress on connected circuits. The versatile dual primary input accepts both 230V and 400V AC supplies, offering flexibility in installation. For precise voltage adjustment, the primary side includes convenient ±15V tappings.

Installation and maintenance are straightforward. The use of spring-clamp terminals enables quick and easy cabling, while the contact-protected screw connection terminals comply with safety standard UVV BGV A25.
