The Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, low modulus, oxime-cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to both porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming. Conforming to BS5889, this sealant is formulated as a high-viscosity grade for excellent tooling properties. It cures quickly to provide a permanently flexible, high-strength, waterproof seal.
