The Everbuild Sika Tecnic Puraflex 25 is a one-part, low modulus building sealant based on advanced polyurethane technology. Ideal for construction expansion and dilation joints, this versatile sealant offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of building surfaces, including concrete, ceramics, wood, metal, and uPVC.
Conforming to ISO11600 25LM standards and CE marked to EN15651-1:2012 Type F EXT-INT CC, this sealant ensures durable, weather-resistant sealing for both external and internal applications. Its formulation provides flexibility and movement capability, accommodating structural shifts without compromising seal integrity.
