Premium Everbuild Sika Tecnic Silicone 825, buff colour, ideal for expansion joints and weather sealing. ISO certified.
The Everbuild Sika Tecnic Silicone 825 is a premium low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant based on a filled alkoxy curing system. This advanced formulation ensures extended tool downtime on longer joints, making it ideal for large-scale projects where flexibility and durability are essential.
Specifically designed for professional use, this sealant is perfect for expansion joints in stone, brick, concrete, and composite panels. It provides superior weather sealing for most external applications and is highly effective for perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames. It’s also suitable for construction and dilation joints where stress does not occur until the sealant has fully cured.
Certified to ISO 11600 F25LM and G25LM, this sealant guarantees high performance and reliability. Its buff colour ensures a seamless blend with various substrates, providing both functional and aesthetic benefits.
