The EVO-STIK - Building Silicone Sealant, 280ml (C20) is a professional-grade, one-part neutral cure sealant formulated for long-lasting, weather-resistant joints in a wide range of construction applications. This low modulus silicone offers excellent flexibility, accommodating high levels of movement in substrates without losing adhesion or integrity.

Engineered for both interior and exterior use, it provides a completely waterproof seal with outstanding resistance to natural weathering, temperature extremes, and damaging UV light. This ensures the sealant remains effective and maintains its colour and elasticity for many years, even in harsh outdoor environments.

Its versatility makes it suitable for sealing expansion joints in concrete structures, as well as movement joints between various cladding panels, including both lightweight and heavyweight systems.
