Equipped with the supplied R185TCT-20CS blade, the R185CCSX delivers clean, square cuts in mild steel—ready to weld with no heat distortion, burrs, or excessive sparks. This makes it a far superior alternative to abrasive cutting methods. Additionally, the saw offers adjustable cutting depth and 0-45° bevel capabilities, allowing for versatile angled cuts in any material.

To enhance precision and user safety, the saw includes channelled airflow and a vacuum extraction port, which keeps the cutting line visible by efficiently removing debris. The electric blade brake and a blade guard that closes in just 0.4 seconds significantly reduce exposure to moving parts, ensuring safer operation.

The kit includes 1020mm of track, making it perfect for long, straight cuts in sheet materials. For extended applications, the saw is compatible with Evolution ST1400 and ST2800 tracks (sold separately) and most leading brands of circular saw tracks.
