Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc 115x22mm, 80 Grit
High-performance Faithfull flap disc for fast steel grinding. 115x22mm, 80 grit, self-sharpening, low vibration.
The Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc 115x22mm is designed for heavy-duty grinding applications, offering exceptional performance with minimal surface damage. Featuring 72 flaps, it enables rapid stock removal while reducing the risk of gouging or discolouration. Its lightweight design helps to minimise operator fatigue and improve control, ensuring a consistent and high-quality surface finish.
Constructed from layered aluminium oxide, this flap disc operates cooler and quieter than standard grinding discs, with less vibration and reduced glazing. The self-sharpening flaps provide a longer lifespan—up to 30 times longer than traditional fibre discs—reducing the frequency of disc changes. The slightly conical shape allows for effective grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces.
Ideal for use with angle grinders, this 80-grit disc is perfect for the final grinding stages of mild steel, carbon steel, and alloy metals, ensuring precision and efficiency in your work.
