The Faithfull Tile Max Porcelain Drill Bit is engineered with a newly designed, asymmetric tip diamond-ground from high-quality tungsten carbide. This cutting-edge design allows for precision drilling through tough materials, including PEl 5 class porcelain, ceramics, fine stoneware, marble, concrete, engineering brick, and granite.
The asymmetric tip reduces resistance by 25%, preventing wandering during startup and minimising the risk of cracking or chipping (dependent on tile type). This ensures a perfectly clean, round hole every time.
Constructed using a low-stress, high-temperature brazing method, the tip stays firmly attached to the shank even under extreme drilling conditions. The triangular-shaped shank prevents slippage in the drill chuck, while deep, wide fluting maximises spoil removal for efficient drilling.
