Featuring a universally accepted TORX® compatible drive, these screws offer excellent torque transfer and reduced cam-out. The recessed ribs ensure improved countersinking while minimising surface dust, and the reinforced countersunk necks enhance holding power for a secure fix.
Key features include a patented drill and drive thread that reduces timber splitting and prevents 'jacking' or spinning of joined timber, resulting in increased pull-out resistance and a firmer hold. The sharp point ensures fast bite and can even pierce 0.8mm steel.
These screws are coated with Elementech 400, an anti-corrosive finish that lasts up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. Environmentally friendly and free from Cr6+, this coating is rigorously tested to withstand 400 hours of salt spray – ideal for interior applications.
