The ForgeFix ForgeFast TORX® Compatible Decking Screws are designed for secure and efficient fixing into both softwood and hardwood. Featuring a deep TORX® compatible T25 insert, these screws minimise cam-out, allow higher torque application, and ensure a firmer drive for improved performance.
The super sharp tip ensures immediate bite from the first turn, while the recessed under-head ribs facilitate excellent countersinking. Thanks to a patented self-drilling thread, pre-drilling is unnecessary, significantly reducing the risk of timber splitting—even when installing near the edges.
Protected by elementech 2000 surface treatment, these screws offer corrosion resistance up to 30 times longer than standard zinc-coated screws. They also boast high resistance to pull-out and can flex up to 35mm, reducing the likelihood of shearing when used in flexible materials.
