The ForgeFix ForgeFast Wood Screws feature a TORX® compatible drive, making them universally accepted and easy to use. Their recessed ribs provide improved countersinking and reduced surface dust, while the reinforced countersunk necks enhance holding power. Designed with a patented drill and drive thread, these screws reduce splitting of timber, minimise 'jacking' and spinning of joined timber, and increase pull-out resistance for a firmer fix.
A sharp point ensures faster bite, enabling the screws to pierce 0.8mm steel with ease. The screws are coated with 'Elementech 400', an anti-corrosive and environmentally friendly finish that lasts up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings (tested to 400 hours of salt spray resistance). Importantly, this coating does not contain Cr6+, making it safer for both users and the environment.
Ideal for interior applications, these screws come with a free TORX® compatible bit in every box for immediate use.
