ForgeFix Hex/TORX® Timber Screws, Green, 7x150mm, Tub of 50
High-quality ForgeFix timber screws with Hex/TORX® head, self-drilling, 7x150mm, green Elementech coating, in a tub of 50.
The ForgeFix Hexagonal/TORX® Compatible Timber Screws are designed for maximum efficiency and durability when fixing into both soft and hardwood. With their combination hexagonal head and deep TORX® compatible insert, these screws reduce cam-out, allowing for higher torque levels and a firmer drive, ensuring a secure and stable fix every time. The super sharp tip ensures immediate bite from the first turn, while the patented self-drilling thread eliminates the need for pre-drilling, minimising the risk of timber splitting, even when screwing close to the edge. The hardened case and core provide exceptional strength, making these screws a reliable choice for demanding applications.
Protected by Elementech 2000 surface treatment, these screws offer corrosion resistance up to 30 times longer than standard zinc-coated alternatives. They are highly resistant to pull-out and can flex by up to 35°, significantly reducing the likelihood of shearing when used in flexible materials. CE-approved for use in load-bearing timber construction, these screws combine innovation with reliability for professional and DIY projects alike.
