ForgeFix M10 Nyloc Hex Nut, Zinc-Plated, Pack of 50
Secure M10 nylon-insert hex nuts for vibration resistance. Zinc-plated for durability. Perfect for HT bolts & threaded rods.
The ForgeFix M10 Nyloc Hex Nut is a high-quality fastener designed to provide a secure and permanent hold, resisting loosening even under significant vibration. Featuring a nylon insert that locks the nut into place by gripping the bolt threads tightly when tightened, this nut offers superior resistance to loosening compared to standard locking washers.
Key Features
- Nylon Insert: The nylon component has a smaller inside diameter than the nut, ensuring a tight grip on the bolt threads to prevent loosening under movement or vibration.
- Zinc-Plated: The nuts are zinc-plated for enhanced corrosion resistance, providing a durable and long-lasting finish that acts as a sacrificial anode to protect the metal.
- Hexagonal Shape: Designed for optimal torque application when driven by a wrench (spanner), ensuring easy and secure installation.
