ForgeFix Nyloc Nuts & Washers, Zinc Plated, M4, Pack of 50
Secure ForgeFix Nyloc nuts with nylon insert for vibration resistance. Zinc-plated M4, 50 per pack. Ideal for industrial & automotive use.
The ForgeFix Nyloc Hexagonal Nuts incorporate a nylon component to ensure a secure and vibration-resistant fastening solution. Unlike conventional nuts, the Nyloc design features a nylon insert with a smaller inside diameter, which creates a tight grip on the bolt threads when tightened. This innovative mechanism effectively prevents loosening, even under constant vibration or movement, making it ideal for applications where a permanent fastening is crucial.
These nuts are zinc-plated to provide enhanced corrosion resistance, ensuring durability in various environments. The zinc coating acts as a sacrificial anode, protecting the metal from oxidation and extending the product's lifespan. The hexagonal shape allows for easy tightening with a wrench (spanner), offering excellent torque and a reliable hold.
Applications
The ForgeFix Nyloc Nuts are perfect for securing fastenings where movement or vibration is a concern. They are compatible with most bolt types, including HT Bolts, Carriage Bolts, and Threaded Rod. Whether for industrial machinery, automotive applications, or general construction, these nuts provide a dependable and long-lasting solution.
