Designed to prevent splitting, the screws include sawtooth threading and a reamer to prevent jacking on lengths 50mm and above. The Type 17 slash point ensures quick, easy starting, while the fully threaded design (up to 50mm) provides superior grip and pull-out resistance.
For added durability, these screws undergo zinc yellow passivation, offering excellent corrosion resistance and an attractive finish. This process is similar to galvanised and zinc-plated coatings but includes a yellow dye for aesthetic appeal.
