ForgeFix TechFast Roofing Screws, Steel Light Section, 5.5 x 60mm (Pack of 100)
Self-drilling roofing screws for timber-to-steel, with corrosion-resistant Elementech coating. Includes Torx bit.
The ForgeFix TechFast Roofing Screws are expertly engineered for secure and efficient joining of timber to steel and light section purlins. Featuring a Torx-compatible countersunk head, these screws provide a flush finish to enhance aesthetics and reduce snagging. Their self-drilling point ensures quick installation, while wings create a clearance hole in timber to prevent 'jacking' during fastening.
Constructed with zinc plating and Elementech coating, these screws offer superior corrosion resistance, proven to withstand 1,000 hours of salt spray testing. Suitable for steel thicknesses of 1.5mm to 4mm, they are an excellent choice for roofing applications requiring durability and reliability. Each pack includes a free Torx-compatible bit for added convenience.
