The HAMMOND IP67 ABS Enclosure (120x90x60mm) is a robust and versatile solution for protecting printed circuit boards and DIN rail mounted components. Manufactured from general-purpose ABS plastic with a flammability rating of UL94 HB, this enclosure is designed to withstand demanding environments.
Featuring a light grey (RAL7035) finish, the enclosure includes a gasketed lid with 'tongue and groove' construction, ensuring excellent protection against oil, dust, and water ingress. The high-temperature UL-listed silicone gasket is factory-poured for a reliable seal. The enclosure meets IP66 and NEMA 4, 4X, 12, and 13 ratings, making it suitable for harsh industrial conditions.
The lid is secured with self-captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws (included), which thread into integral stainless steel bushings. Additionally, the enclosure features threaded M3 internal brass inserts and/or standoffs compatible with M3.5 or #6 self-tapping screws. For convenience, it includes vertical PC card guides and internal DIN rail mounting tabs.
