PRO ELEC 3 Core CY Control Cable, LSZH - 2.5mm 50m

The PRO ELEC 3 Core CY Control Cable is a premium-grade, screened flexible cable engineered for precision and reliability in demanding industrial environments. Featuring a halogen-free LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket, this cable ensures enhanced safety by minimising toxic smoke and corrosive gas emissions in the event of a fire, making it ideal for installations in populated or confined spaces.

Constructed with Class 5 flexible plain copper conductors, it offers superior flexibility for dynamic applications on tooling machinery, production lines, and automated equipment where constant movement is required. The integrated screening provides excellent protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensuring signal integrity for sensitive instrumentation and control systems.

This robust cable is rated for 300/500V and is suitable for use in dry, moist, and wet rooms. It boasts a wide operational temperature range, performing reliably from -30°C to +80°C when fixed and -5°C to +70°C when flexed. Its design includes a specified minimum bend radius to prevent damage during installation and use: 8 times the overall diameter when fixed and 15 times when flexed.

The grey LSZH jacket is not only safe but also durable, resistant to oils, and suitable for a variety of industrial settings. Please note, this cable is designed for indoor use and is not recommended for outdoor or underground installation. It represents a core component for engineers and electricians requiring dependable, flexible, and safe connectivity solutions.
