Pro Signal SC-SC Duplex OM3 50/125µm Multimode Fibre Optic Patch Lead - 3m

The Pro Signal SC-SC Duplex OM3 Fibre Optic Patch Lead delivers high-speed, reliable data transmission for demanding network infrastructure. Engineered with advanced 50/125µm multimode glass fibre, it utilises modulated light waves to transfer data with exceptional speed and integrity, making it a cornerstone of modern data centres, server rooms, and high-bandwidth commercial installations.

This OM3-rated cable offers superior performance compared to older OM2 standards, providing significantly higher bandwidth and enabling data transmission over greater distances without signal degradation. Its construction features a distinctive aqua-coloured Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSOH) jacket, which enhances safety by minimising toxic smoke and corrosive gas emissions in the event of a fire, ideal for public buildings and enclosed spaces.

Optimised for use with 850nm and 1300nm wavelengths, the cable supports a high bandwidth of 1500/2000 MHz, ensuring efficient data flow for applications like Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and high-speed interconnects. The robust SC connectors on both ends provide a secure, push-pull latching mechanism for stable connections that resist accidental disconnection, ensuring consistent network performance.

Built for durability and long-term reliability, this duplex patch lead is an essential component for creating flexible, high-performance fibre optic networks. Its professional-grade construction guarantees low insertion loss and high return loss, maintaining signal quality across your infrastructure.
