The Q.Max 1/2in Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, imperial-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its innovative design ensures an even load distribution during cutting, resulting in a burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing work.
Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch resists rust and extends tool life. Each punch comes boxed singly—please note the hexagonal wrench (key) is not included and must be ordered separately.
How to Use
- Drill a pilot hole in the sheet metal large enough to accommodate the hexagonal screw.
- Thread the die and hexagonal screw through the sheet metal.
- Attach the die nut and tighten the hexagonal screw—this action will drive the punch through the metal cleanly and evenly.
