The SparkFun KX132 3-Axis Qwiic Accelerometer Breakout Board provides a simple and effective solution for integrating the KX132 accelerometer into your projects. This low-power, high-resolution digital accelerometer boasts 16-bit resolution and a wide range of built-in sensing functions, including Free Fall Detection, Directional-Tap™, Double-Tap™, device orientation, and activity sensing.
Key features include a user-configurable 3-stage data path with a low-pass filter, low-pass/high-pass filter, and RMS calculation engine. With four measurement ranges (±2g / ±4g / ±8g / ±16g) and selectable operating modes, it offers both high performance (400Hz ODR + Wake-Up detection at 148µA) and low power (0.781Hz ODR + Wake-Up detection at 0.53µA), making it ideal for battery-powered applications.
