Designed with a co-moulded nylon housing, the terminal comprises two distinct nylon materials for optimal durability and insulation. The receptacle/tab and wire barrel sections are made from UL-rated nylon 6/6, resistant to temperatures up to +130°C, while the insulation crimp retains its shape due to a high-grade nylon construction. The terminal fully encloses a tin-plated copper alloy for reliable conductivity.
