These screws feature a coarse self-tapping thread with wings that ream out the timber, allowing the screw to achieve maximum RPM without burning out. When the wings hit the metal, they break off, enabling the thread to self-tap into the metal efficiently.

Constructed from case & core hardened carbon steel with a zinc finish, these screws offer excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The countersunk head with ribs ensures a flush finish, while the Phillips recess provides secure driving. The self-drilling No.3 point eliminates the need for pre-drilling, saving time and effort.
