Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws, PZ, A2 Stainless Steel, 4.0 x 40mm (200pk)
Timco's corrosion-resistant A2 stainless steel screws with double countersunk head. Ideal for wood, chipboard & outdoor use (200 pieces).
The Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws in A2 stainless steel offer superior performance and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in harsh environments. These screws are perfect for fixing to softwoods, hardwoods (pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic. Their stainless steel construction ensures longevity and resistance to corrosive elements, particularly in challenging conditions like those presented by green oak.
Key Features
- Double countersunk head reduces the likelihood of head shear and ensures a flush finish.
- 40° deep single thread provides a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance.
- Single slash (25mm+ sizes) reduces torque and minimises the risk of timber splitting when inserting the screw near the edge.
- Fully threaded up to 75mm, while lengths 80mm and above have a 70mm thread length for versatile applications.
Made from austenitic stainless steel (A2-304), these screws combine durability with excellent anti-corrosion properties. The Pozi (PZ) drive ensures a firm grip with a PZ2 bit, improving driving efficiency and reducing cam-out.
