Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws, PZ Double Countersunk, A2 Stainless Steel,
Timco A2 stainless steel screws for high corrosion resistance. Ideal for wood, chipboard, and plastic. Double countersunk head, PZ2 recess.
The Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws in A2 stainless steel offer superior performance and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for challenging environments. These screws are perfect for fixing to softwoods, hardwoods (when pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic, especially in corrosive conditions like those found with green oak.
Key Features * Double countersunk head: Reduces the likelihood of head shear and ensures a flush finish. * 40° deep single thread: Provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance. * Single slash on 25mm+ lengths: Minimises torque and reduces the risk of timber splitting when inserted near edges. * Thread design: Screws up to 75mm are fully threaded, while 80mm and above feature a 70mm thread length for optimal grip.
These screws are manufactured from austenitic stainless steel (A2-304), ensuring durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. They come with a PZ2 recess for secure driving and a 25° sharp point for easy insertion. Ideal for applications requiring long-lasting, reliable fixings in harsh conditions.
