Manufactured from A2 Stainless Steel (Austenitic 304), these screws are perfect for applications requiring robust durability and resistance to harsh conditions, such as corrosive atmospheres or materials with inherent corrosive properties like Green Oak.
The pan head design provides improved clamping force, ensuring a secure and stable connection. These screws feature a 40° deep single thread which delivers high pull-out resistance, making them particularly suitable for use in softwoods, hardwood (pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic.
To minimise torque and prevent timber splitting at low edge distances, these screws have a 25° sharp point with a single slash. All sizes up to 75mm are fully threaded, while lengths of 80mm and above have a thread length of 70mm. These screws are driven with a PZ2 driver bit, ensuring compatibility and ease of installation.
