Timco Grade 13 Fire Door Hinges, Matt Black Stainless Steel, 101x76mm (3 Pack)
Premium stainless steel fire door hinges with ball bearings, ideal for public buildings & heavy traffic. CE approved.
The Timco Grade 13 Fire Door Hinges are premium-quality hinges specifically designed for heavy-duty fire doors in public buildings. These hinges feature lubricated ball bearing washers, ensuring a lifetime of smooth door operation, which is particularly beneficial when used with door closers as they significantly reduce closing friction. Each set includes fixings for easy installation.
To comply with fire regulations, these hinges should be used with intumescent hinge pads (sold separately, product code 487385). The hinges are rigorously tested to meet the highest standards, making them suitable for 30 & 60-minute fire doors weighing up to 120kg. They are also designed for doors with heavy traffic, having been tested to withstand 200,000 cycles.
