Timco Intumescent Pipe Wrap, 82mm, 4-Hour Fire Rating
Timco intumescent pipe wrap ensures 4-hour fire protection for pipes in walls and floors. Water-resistant and 10-year guaranteed.
The Timco Intumescent Pipe Wrap is an essential fire protection solution designed to safeguard plastic pipes and trunking passing through fire-resistant structures such as walls and doors. During the primary construction phase, this product provides an additional tolerance, allowing easy installation after mechanical and electrical services are in place.
In the event of a fire, the intumescent material within the wrap rapidly expands, crushing the pipe or trunking. This seals off the area, maintaining the structural integrity of the surrounding elements.
