These Timco Solo Chipboard & Woodscrews feature a double countersunk PZ head, designed for secure and durable fastening in timber, chipboard, and man-made boards. They can also be used in masonry when paired with plastic plugs, offering versatile application across various projects.
The double countersunk head reduces the risk of head shear and ensures easy countersinking, while the wax lubrication enhances screw insertion speed, increases driving torque, and provides extra corrosion resistance. With a 40° deep single thread, these screws deliver high pull-out resistance, making them ideal for secure fixings.
The 25° sharp point allows for fast starts and improved thread acceptance, ensuring a smooth drive into the material. For quick installation compatibility, the screws require a PZ2 driver bit.
