The Timco Solo Woodscrews in PZ Double Countersunk design are ideal for a variety of woodworking and construction projects. Made from high-quality carbon steel, these screws feature a zinc and yellow finish for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
These single-thread screws are primarily designed for use in timber, man-made boards, and masonry (with plastic plugs). The double countersunk head minimises the risk of head shear and ensures smooth, flush countersinking. 40° deep single thread provides a strong, high pull-out resistance, while the 25° sharp point enables quick, effortless insertion.
To improve performance, these screws are wax-lubricated, reducing friction and making driving easier. All screws up to 75mm are fully threaded, while those 80mm and above have a 70mm thread length for optimal hold. Perfect for joinery, decking, fencing, and more.
