Each blade features a high-grade alloy steel plate body, precision-ground to maintain flatness and accuracy. Silver brazing ensures secure bonding of the carbide tips to the blade body, enhancing durability. The blades have a reamed bore for a precise spindle fit and are laser-etched to comply with European Standard EN 847-1/2 for quality assurance.
