The UNION StrongBOLT 2203S 3 Lever Mortice Sashlock is a high-security lock designed for ease of use and durability. Featuring Union SwitchLatch technology, this sashlock allows for easy reversibility of the radius latch without the need for tools, saving time and effort during installation. The anti-rattle adjustable strike ensures perfect alignment and fine-tuning on-site.
For added convenience, the lock comes with a plastic splinter guard and a radius inner forend to facilitate smooth installation. It is designed to fit most UK mortices without requiring additional carpentry work, preserving the door edge.
Security is enhanced with a chamfered bolt design, which improves performance under side load testing and resists drilling attacks. The anti-pick and keyhole protection, along with hardened steel pins, provide resistance against forced entry methods such as picking and sawing.
The deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by key from either side, offering flexibility and security. Measuring 14mm, the deadbolt ensures secure, positive deadlocking and additional resistance against attack. The 2203S can also be keyed alike with the 2103S model for added versatility.
